JOB DESCRIPTION:
We have been tasked by a client, a manufacturer of electrical products for the appliance industry, to find a highly goal driven & motivated manager to fill the role of President/GM for its Tennessee division.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position will have full P & L responsibility over an entire company division and will be responsible for all departments within the division. He or she will be responsible for developing business solutions that mutually benefit the company and its clients. The chosen individual will be involved in strategic planning, new product planning, acquisitions, partnering etc. This position reports directly to a Group President of the company.
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:

Applicant must have a B.S. in engineering -- bsee preferred -- with a MBA a strong plus along with an extensive background in Appliance and or White Goods industry. Previous managerial experience with P&L responsibility is also required. Candidate must have U.S. Citizenship or a green card.
Salary is 140-160k per year plus a 20-40% bonus; total salary could be as high as 225k per year along with a full range of benefits. Relocation package is available.
