Duties:
The Ross-Carlisle Group Inc., a Midwestern based search and recruiting firm is seeking a Program Manager for a well established plastic products manufacturer who will be responsible for establishing a product improvement strategy that involves sourcing new equipment and technologies, coordinating leading the team of varying disciplines and keeping the project on a smooth and efficient track. High volume, low mix. Excellent written and verbal skills required.

Responsibilities: Bachelor's degree in engineering required (Mechanical Engineering preferred) along with a PMP required and 5-10 years of experience in product development.
