Western Tennessee manufacturer of engineered components for sale to OEM's and end user's is seeking Director of Engineering. This position is responsible for the directing of the entire engineering department which includes all engineering personnell and approving and overseeing all new product design, product modifications/improvement projects. Candidate must have proven success in new product development. A strong hands on bent in design is definitely being sought.
Qualifications:
The qualified candidate must have a 4-year degree in engineering ( electrical/electronics ); a MBA is a plus. The candidate also needs to have 10+ years of experience of engineering experience with 5+ of that being in management that includes Design Reviews, Documentation Reviews and a solid understanding/experience in FEMA manufacturing technologies. Low power Power supply design knowledge is a strong plus. Candidate must be a U.S. Citizen or be a permanent resident.
Compensation/Benefits:
Salary is 100k+ commensurate with experience & skills; excellent benefits.
